New St Croix Member Keep Left, LLC will be hosting a Business After Hours in the Grotto at their restaurant 1756 Grotto on Strand Street in Christiansted. Meet co-owners patron Chef Stephen Coe and Davide Crusoe. Coe is a nationally recognized award-winning chef who has won Food Network's Chopped six times, including beating Bobby Flay. Together with their St Thomas-based partners their Keep Left, LLC restaurant management group operates Christiansted restaurants 1756 Grotto, St Croix Cellars, (soon to open) Ciba Matta, and Rum Hut on St Thomas.
