Frances now uses her professional experience to provide HR and Operations Consulting to small businesses through Freedom HR Partners, her consulting business. Frances recognizes that while small businesses have HR issues, they may not have the ability to hire a full time professional. Freedom HR Partners was created to provide fractional HR and Operations support while giving full time peace of mind to small business owners.
